The journal "Cybernetics and Computer Technologies" (CCTech) follows scientific traditions of the journals
"The theory of optimal solutions",
"Computer Tools, Networks and Systems",
published by the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for a long time (from 1967 to 2019).
CCTech was founded in 2019 with the aim to increase the scientific level of published works, meet the requirements for professional publications, enlarge the periodicity of publications and extend the range of authors and readers.
The founders of CCTech are The National Academy of Sciencies of Ukraine and V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the NAS of Ukraine.
The publisher is V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the NAS of Ukraine.
The scope of CCTech includes: Theory and Application of Mathematical Methods of Control and Decision Making, Methods of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling, Information Technologies and Computer Systems of various kind.
The languages of articles in CCTech are Ukrainian and English.
Sphere of distribution - domestic and abroad.
CCTech publishes articles in printed and online form with open access according to
the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
The periodicity of the publication is 4 times per year.

CCTech has the status of professional scientific journals of Ukraine (category "B") in the specialties: Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems and Technologies.
CCTech also publishes articles in other specialties of scientific fields: Mathematics and Statistics, Information Technologies.
